  • Stop comparing yourself to others
  • Stop hurting yourself
  • Stop lying to yourself
  • Stop saying things are okay if they aren’t
  • Stop trying to be everything for everybody
  • Stop putting your needs last
  • Stop hanging out with the wrong people
  • Stop doing things you know you shouldn’t be doing

  • Stop being lazy and making excuses
  • Stop being afraid to ask for help

  • Stop resisting something new because something old has hurt you
